Delivery

How long will the order take to arrive?

Your order should arrive within 2-5 business days for Standard Delivery, and 4-8 business days for Economy Delivery once it has dispatched from our warehouse.

Where can I find the tracking information for my order?

After we have dispatched your order you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email from us with a link to your parcel's tracking information.

Returns & Exchanges

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective due to a manufacturing error, we will gladly offer a free reprint or a full refund. To be eligible for a refund or reprint, please contact our customer support team within 30 days of receiving the product. You will need to provide proof of the damage or defect, such as photos or a detailed description.

No Returns for Other Reasons

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for products that are not damaged or defective. This includes products that simply do not meet your expectations or that you no longer want.
